Ferrari 330 GT

Pan America tour conquering Ferrari

This Ferrari 330 GT is the first right-hand drive car produced by the factory and was delivered new to the UK Ferrari importers, Maranello Concessionaires, who used the car a demonstration model. As such the car featured in many period magazine road tests and articles.

Finished in Bleu Sera Metallizatto with tan leather interior and fitted with Ferrari’s legendary 4-litre V12 engine coupled to a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive, Borrani wire wheels and Pirelli Cinturato tyres.

The team carried out a full restoration of this car in 2015/2016. The car was completely stripped and the bodywork and chassis were fully refurbished, all mechanical components such as gearbox, overdrive, rear axle, brakes, suspension and steering were fully rebuilt along with the engine.

During the restoration we added certain improvements at the customer’s request including twin electric fuel pumps, uprated radiator with electric cooling fan, electronic ignition concealed inside the distributor, uprated alternator and starter motor, and a period radio retro-fitted with blue-tooth and iPhone/iPad connectivity.

Once the restoration was completed, we carried out a full series of tuning sessions and shakedown tests to ensure all that all components were working efficiently and correctly.

The result is a stunning Ferrari 330GT that looks and drives superbly and is ready to provide its owners another 50 years of driving pleasure.

This car subsequently completed the famous Pan America tour (2016) – 12,000 miles without missing a beat.
