About the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670-4 SV

In creating the Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce, Lamborghini demonstrates its exceptional skills in the sector of light construction and the use of advanced-technology materials such as carbon fibre.

With its 6.5 litre V12 – now 30 CV more powerful – and its weight reduced by 100 kg, the Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce takes only 3.2 seconds to jump to 100 km/h from a standing start and can reach a top speed of 342 km/h.

This Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SV is one of only 186 cars produced by Lamborghini. This one is number 77. The production was reduced to only 186 models after initial plans to make 350 were abandoned to make way for the production of the later Aventador model. The number in existence will be now be 184 or fewer, 2 having written off in the past! Collectable for sure.

Top Gear Magazine review:

“This is Lamborghini’s mouth-watering new range-topping supercar, and although it may have taken the company some 14 years to produce a successor to the raw and outrageous Diablo SV of 1995, Sant ‘Agata’s favourite car maker has surpassed itself in the “how far can we push it” school of car design this time round.

The SV excels and is utterly excessive in just about everything it does, has 663bhp and can top 212mph without the rear wing fitted.”
