Vehicle Description
1999 Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge

Nero with Nero race interior, Tricolore flag and grey side stripes.
1 of only 180 officially built by Ferrari for racing

Formerly part of a private collection of race cars and recently successfully campaigned in the Bell Sport Challenge Series. Ideal for many historic racing events

One of the most focused and enjoyable driving experiences to have been offered by the Italian marque.

Unlike their preceding 348 and 355 Challenge models, Ferrari’s 360 Challenge variant was designated for competition use only from the outset. Whilst the previous two models had relied upon individual Ferrari main dealers upgrading existing road-legal cars by means of a factory-supplied competition pack, the 360 Challenge was built in Maranello as a race car.

Powered by a largely standard version of the road car’s 410 horsepower 3.6-litre V8 engine, the 360 Challenge tipped the scales at almost 200 kilograms less than standard, resulting in a significantly improved power-to-weight ratio. Safety enhancements included a plumbed-in automatic fire extinguisher system and an FIA-approved safety fuel cell equipped with twin fillers.

Fastidiously maintained this potent Ferrari race car represents great value, eligible for many race events or simply to provide a deliciously analogue and engaging track day experience that will shame most modern hypercars at a fraction of the costs!
