Vehicle Description
2013 Ferrari 458 Spider

Rosso Fuoco Triple Layer Paint with Beige Tradizione leather, Nero carpets.
14,766 miles. Full history (main dealer and Ferrari specialist).

There aren’t many better ways to stir your soul than in an open-top Ferrari and getting behind the wheel of the Ferrari 458 Spider is a special experience.

As Ferrari’s final naturally-aspirated mid-engined V8 model, the 458 is undoubtedly a future classic.

At its launch in 2009, it offered a generational leap in performance and technology over its F430 predecessor, and its Pininfarina design has stood the test of time beautifully.

Top up or down, the 458 Spider looks simply sensational – and it sounds it, too. The 562bhp 4.5-litre V8 emits a fabulous bark at anything over 3,000rpm, which then turns into a racing car-like howl at the insane 9,000rpm red line.

Grip levels are huge, there’s loads of feel through the controls and using the Manettino dial on the wheel you can tailor the throttle, gearshift and dampers. Plus, with the roof folded, the aural treats of the sensational V8 engine are even more glorious.

The constant stream of feedback through the controls means delicate steering adjustments help you place the car precisely in the corners. Yet for all the scintillating performance and tactile handling, the Spider’s composed ride means it’s a capable cruiser, too.
