2020 Ferrari Pista Piloti
Race car inspired Taylor Made Ferrari 488 Pista offered exclusively to clients who raced Ferraris

On the eve of the 2018 Le Mans 24 Hours, Ferrari revealed a special-edition 488 which was offered exclusively to its motorsport customers.
Named the Pista Piloti Ferrari, it is a product of Ferrari’s Tailor Made programme and honours Ferrari’s triumphs in the 2017 WEC. Produced in extremely low numbers and only available to Ferrari racers, this Pista Piloti is an ultra-high Spec Tailor Made Ferrari.
The Ferrari 488 Pista is the last in a long line of low volume track orientated versions of Ferrari’s V8 supercars following on from such icons as the 360 Challenge Stradale, the 430 Scuderia & the 458 Speciale. The Pista Piloti takes it one step further.
Sharing mechanicals with the 488 Pista, the Piloti is powered by what is in effect the same twin-turbo 710bhp V8 as the 488 Challenge car. If you thought the 488’s engine was a shining example of how to build a turbo engine with virtually no lag yet with a voracious appetite for revs and power, then the Pista Piloti will reset those expectations once again. Yes, the raw numbers are spectacular: 710bhp at 8,000rpm and up to 568lb ft of torque, but it’s the relentless manner in which this engine goes about its work that leaves you in awe.
The Piloti was available in 1 of only 4 colour variants, its exterior includes a livery resembling an Italian flag together with white racing stripes running the length of the car, in conjunction with two smaller stripes of green and red and additional Italian flag motifs lining the bottom edges, each example also features a laurel wreath marking the seasons win and finally the drivers race number whom the car was originally supplied to. The Piloti boasts additional revisions from the Pista including carbon fibre front S-duct vent surrounds and rear wing whilst the interior is adorned with perforated seats with faded Italian flag graphics finished in Alcantara which are also applied to the cars paddle shifts and floor mats, each car was also fitted with its own unique identification plate further enhancing the uniqueness of these tailor-made models.
