Attilio is a legend in the business – arguably the most famous Ferrari technician amongst manufacturers and owners globally.
Starting his career in 1979 with Lotus and Lancia, moving on to Bentley and Rolls Royce and subsequently joining H.R. Owen in 1994 to work on the revolutionary Bugatti EB110.
It was there Attilio went on to restore Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Maseratis. Following 10 years as Technical Manager, Attilio was poached to work directly for the manufacturer and accepted a job at Ferrari HQ in 2004. Diagnosing and solving issues globally. He moved back to the UK for family, and re-joined the H.R. Owen team to become the first factory-registered technician in the UK certified to work on the Bugatti Veyron.
Today he stands as one of only a handful of engineers qualified to work on Ferrari’s hyper-hybrid; the La Ferrari. As happy working on a full DB6 engine rebuild as nursing an F40 on a drive from London to Maranello – without a clutch!
Attilio has won a host of awards during his career, but remains humble to the core. He’s a hands-on guy at heart who loves the close rapport he has with our customers.
