Our facility

Bell Sport & Classic’s purpose-built facility in Hertfordshire is just North of St. Albans in the leafy village of Markyate.

Behind our discrete, gated entrance, we have Sales, Service and Restoration facilities with 10 ramps across three Ferrari workshops, dedicated engine room and separate machine shop.

Our expert technical team are ex-Ferrari main dealer, factory trained or developed through our apprentice and in-house schemes supported by the senior team and deliver the highest quality of work.

Our technicians are experts in the servicing of Ferraris.

The Bell Sport & Classic Ferrari Service team has several lifetimes’ experience of the Prancing Horse between them and has earnt a reputation for the highest quality of our work.

From the iconic cars of the 90’s (a particular specialism of Bell Sport & Classic) through to the most recent models, the team’s experience gained in the official Ferrari franchised network and our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment ensures we are best placed to look after your Ferrari.

So, whether you own a Testarossa, F40, F355, Enzo or later models from F12 and 458 to 488 or 812 – we understand their unique characteristics and know how to keep each in prime condition for you to enjoy.

We use only recognised parts carrying a 12-month warranty and continually invest in the training and technology needed to maintain and service Ferraris.

Many of our customers regularly visit our workshops and build a relationship with the technicians who work on their Ferrari. It’s a relationship we try to promote as we believe it helps provide both a better result and creates an individual servicing experience for you.

Classic Ferrari Service

As leading Ferrari restorers, we are highly experienced in the servicing of Classic Ferraris.

We understand the tipos at a component level and have the experience, tools and parts to care for them. Our modern-day levels of precision and focus mean that Bell Sport & Classic cars perform more consistently and drive better than the day they left Maranello.

Mechanical Refresh /Overhaul

Our team has a vast collected knowledge of the Ferrari marque that means we are able to carry out accurate assessment and deliver all forms of overhaul / recommissioning programmes covering the mechanical and cosmetic.

To inject new life into your car we can carry out comprehensive engine, gearbox, suspension and drive train recommissioning whilst also using our experience of each model to appropriately check and replace key elements of braking, exhaust, fuel and ignition systems that combined will to rejuvenate your cars drivability and performance.

Tailor made servicing

Whilst many of our customers cover only low annual mileages, some items will undergo deterioration over time (such as brake fluid) so it is good practice to define a service schedule that is aligned with your individual usage needs. Pre -purchase Inspection

The purchase of any car is a significant investment, the purchase of a Ferrari even more so.

To ensure that what you are buying is as described and to avoid any unexpected occurrences during your life with the car it is advisable to have a pre-purchase inspection carried out. Our team offers the facility to have a detailed inspection and report on your potential purchase at our facility or on location.

Engine Shop

All of the engines we deliver for restorations and overhaul projects are completed in house by our expert engine builders in a dedicated engine shop.
